Once you checkout we will reach out via email and ask a few questions to determine which of the queens would be the best fit for you.
Before the day of the event, the drag queen will reach out to you to discuss anything you might have questions about.
You do not need to pay the drag queen on the day, that is all done by us as to allow you to enjoy your event to the fullest.

Our queens will never let you down. Once you checkout you are guaranteed a queen for your event. In the unlikley circumstance our queen can't make it to your event we will do everything in our power to have another of our many fabulous queens step in. If we cannot find a replacment queen for your event you will recieve a full refund.

If you change your mind
We understand some things are out of our customers control. If you have booked one of our drag queens, and unfortunately your event has been cancelled, we can offer refunds based on the following:
- Up to 1 month before - Full refund minus $100 booking fee
- Up to 1 week before - 50% refund
- Within 1 week of the event - No refunds
